About H.A.R.P
The Harassment and Assault Reporting Platform (H.A.R.P) is a single-source platform aimed to efficiently and conveniently gather crowd-sourced data on harassment and assault incidents globally. This includes all things across the spectrum, from cyberbullying, street harassment to full-on assault incidents, comprising of sexual as well as police-related incidents too. In addition to data collection, we aim to increase awareness and share educational opportunities to better equip individuals and communities to more readily identify and jump into responsive actions whenever possible in a safe manner – because harassment and abuse is a global issue.
We at H.A.R.P are very passionate and motivated to see better incident-reporting rates, contextual data collection and analysis, and most importantly, get to a zero-incident world. We understand this is a heavy task, but we’ve got to start somewhere. We at H.A.R.P are going to do our part to help eradicate harassment and abuse from being normalized in its various degrees across the globe.
We gladly welcome any partnership/ collaborative opportunities to spread awareness in this matter. This includes cross-platform advertising and publications, data sharing, as well as networking opportunities within the advocacy community to better serve our users worldwide.
NOTE: H.A.R.P is based out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and is a recognized 501C3 non-profit organization. H.A.R.P is currently self-funded and also from the generosity of donors like YOU who would like to support the cause.

About the Founder
Greetings, my name is Winnie, and I am the founder of H.A.R.P. This began as a passion project to track harassment and assault incidents, and over time transformed into something bigger with the recent waves of killings of unarmed victims, primarily by the police. Philando Castile, Ahmaud Aubrey, Eric Gardner, Sandra Bland, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and many more remain unnamed.
My motivation in embarking on this project was to gain better contextual data regarding harassment and assault incidents around the world – because this is a global issue and different regions are affected in manners reflective of underlying contextual factors. Even as I speak on police brutality, it almost always begins as harassment and escalates to assault prior to the lethal outcomes of a life cut short without due process.
My desire is to create a platform where the global community can share data and life experiences in efforts to increase awareness of the issues that bind everyone together, and hopefully also move us towards a better/ safer tomorrow.
